What services do you offer as a graphic designer?

Wow Studios is a full-service boutique design agency. We specialise in brand & visual identity design, presentation design, marketing collateral and publication design. We can also create custom illustrations and infographics to complement and enhance your marketing messages.

How does the design process work?

We start by taking the time to understand your vision, goals and existing brand. We then work 1-1 with you to create a design you will love that meets your needs. We start with initial concepts, often 2-3 depending on the project, present them for feedback and refine the selected design until it aligns with your expectations. Once complete, your artwork will be provided in a range of formats depending on what is needed.

How long does it take to complete a project?

The timeline varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. A logo design can take a few days, while a full brand identity or a publication might take a couple of weeks. Presentations and marketing documents may take just one day or up to a few days. We will provide an estimated timeframe once we discuss your project in detail.

What is the cost of your design services?

Our rates depend on the type and complexity of the design work required. We offer both project-based pricing and hourly rates. After assessing the details of your project, we will provide a custom quote to fit your needs and budget. In most instances, a 40% deposit is required upfront.

What file formats will I receive?

Typically, you will receive files in popular formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, EPS. This will vary depending on your project requirements. If you need a specific format, just let us know.

Do you provide printing services or just artwork design?

We specialise in design, however we have trusted print partners we can recommend. Regardless of who you choose, we can liaise directly with your printers if you would like us to manage the process for you. We will always ensure your print files are optimised for high-quality printing and meet the printers’ requirements.

What should I prepare before starting a project?

Where possible, it is helpful if you have a clear idea of your goals, target audience and any reference materials or ideas, however we can also work with you from scratch if necessary. If you already have an established brand, please feel free to share your colours, fonts, etc with us. The more information you can provide at the beginning of the project, the better we can tailor to your needs and get your projected completed quickly.

Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes, we work with clients worldwide! Thanks to digital tools like email and video calls, we can collaborate effectively no matter where you’re located. We will ensure regular communication throughout the project to keep you updated.

What if I don’t like the initial concepts?

Not a problem. We will work closely with you to refine the concepts based on your feedback. If you’re not satisfied with the initial concepts, we can explore new directions until we achieve something that fits your vision.

What is a brand education workshop?

Our brand education workshops are interactive, hands-on sessions designed to help entrepreneurs and small business owners understand and develop their brand strategy. We cover topics such as understanding competitors, defining your target audience, creating an authentic brand & brand personality and establishing your marketing messages.

Who should attend these workshops?

These workshops are ideal for business owners, franchisees, entrepreneurs, and anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of their brand. It’s especially helpful for startups or companies going through rebranding.

We offer 1-1 sessions, tailored business workshops for individual organisations and group workshops that individual business owners and entrepreneurs can attend.

How long do the workshops run?

Individual modules typically range from 2-4 hours depending on the topic being covered and always include hands -on activities which help to cement the learnings. The Masterclass three-part series is run over three 5-hour sessions. Customised workshops for organisations will vary depending on the content to be covered and the number of attendees.

 Do I need to prepare anything for the workshop?

If you have an existing business, it is good to have a clear understanding of your business’s products and services. If possible, it is also a good idea to have a basic idea of who your target audience is. If you are unsure, we recommend you attend the Defining your Target Audience workshop where we will help you to develop this.

Can the workshop be tailored to my specific business?

Yes, 1-1 sessions and organisation specific workshops are tailored to meet the unique needs of the business and ensure the workshops meet your goals.

How will the brand education workshops help my business?

Are the workshops virtual or in-person?

If you are located locally, we recommend undertaking the workshops in person to ensure you get the most out of the group activities, however we can also run all our workshops and masterclasses virtually through video conferencing.
