The Midnight Special is a small Jazz and Blues Bar with an ecletic retro vibe located in Newtown. Remaining unchanged since its inception in 2012, the bar is in need of a refresh to re-establish itself with a bold new look that still stays true to its retro, drive bar roots.

The Midnight Special is a small Jazz and Blues Bar with an ecletic retro vibe located in Newtown. Remaining unchanged since its inception in 2012, the bar is in need of a refresh to re-establish itself with a bold new look that still stays true to its retro, drive bar roots.
Inspired whilst on a trip through America, in 2012 the owners set about creating a friendly neighbourhood bar in their hometown that is all
about great live music, booze and good times.
The logo can be used in its entirety or broken down into individual parts to be used as design elements for marketing and merchandise.
The refresh aims to reinvigorate the brand with a more contemporary take on the existing ‘retro’ vibe.

The outside is graced with black old school theatre curtains covering the glass doors and windows. Inside the bar has an eclectic retro vibe complete with red walls and black and white checkerboard floor tiles. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, instantly transporting you to an old school American dive bar in downtown Los Angeles.
