Illustration and strong typographic elements were used to create visually striking and playful packaging that would stand out on crowded supermarket shelves. Concept only, not for profit.
The bold black design ensures differentiation from other pasta brands that tend to use lighter more traditional Italian colours. The accent colour used in the illustration helps to draw your eye and catch the attention of parents and children.
The nutrition panel, barcode and side wall of the box also contain elements of the ilustration bringing the packaging to life and appealing to children.
The packaging has been designed to appeal to women aged over 25 and parents with young child up to age 12.
The information and ingredients panel on the back of the design continues with the playful nature of the packaging whilst still providing all the necessary information.
